About Higher Heights Fitness



Living up to its name, the elite training team at Higher Heights Fitness follows a mission of helping clients live up to their peak performance potential. Founder and trainer Kyle Hotz was a multi-sport athlete in high school and college whose love of strength training led him to a degree in health education and personal training certification.



What separates Higher Heights from everyone else lies in the VIP level of customer service and private, highly customized one-on-one training with hand-picked, certified trainers and high-tech equipment in a boutique setting. Focusing on functional training, core work and stability movements helps clients see amazing results, transforming their bodies and fitness levels.

From students to seniors, weekend warriors to professional athletes, whatever your level of fitness, we give you the tools to take it next level.

After your first consultation, when we partner with you to set realistic goals, we track your progress with follow-up assessments, keeping tabs on BMI, muscle mass and other key health indicators.


Our team is a lot like family, and we treat clients like family, too. 



Over the years we’ve evolved to add holistic wellness offerings such as physical therapy, dry needling, a nutrition program and meal service to boost every aspect of our members’ health and wellness.

One on One Training

Without distractions, the by-appointment-only, 45-minute sessions focus solely on the client and trainer.

Small Group Classes

To mix things up, our small group classes cater to a rigorous boot-camp style with HIIT movements. Members cycle through different rotations of the same workout

Sports Training

We work with several elite high school athletes and train whole teams as well. All of our trainers at one time or another have worked with high school, college or professional athletes to help them reach the highest level possible within their sport.

Physical Therapy

Doctor of Physical Therapy Aidan Simenc is passionate about helping others reach their physical potential and not be inhibited by pain. He offers a range of modalities, including functional dry needling, cupping, soft tissue massage, correction exercises and injury rehab.

Nutrition program

During 45-minute sessions that take place either virtually or in the studio, certified nutrition coaches find out about a client’s likes, dislikes and current diet. Then they’ll come up with the optimal amounts of macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbs) to achieve the best results. They’ll also offer a host of healthy swaps, so people don’t have to abandon foods they love.

Hi there! Have some questions about our studio? Find the answers below. 

  • If I join, can I come anytime you are open?

    No. Workouts are by appointment only. You can make appointments conveniently online.

  • Can I workout with just one trainer, or any trainer on your team?

    Since you do your own scheduling, you can follow whichever path suits your training the best, whether that’s sticking with the same trainer for all your workouts, or rotating with different trainers.

  • If I work out with several trainers, how does he or she know what my goals are?

    Each client’s health history, listing of past injuries, medical information and goals are accessible by the trainers leading your workouts.

  • How will I know if I’m getting results?

    Every 6-8 weeks, the trainers do a reassessment, monitoring your weight, measurements, body fat, water weight, muscle mass and fitness levels to make sure you are achieving your goals.

  • What are your hours and how long are the workouts?

    You can schedule a 45-minute workout online anytime we are open, and your trainer is available. Hours are Mondays through Fridays, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays, 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.
